““My husband is a classically trained French Chef. We hate diets. But we knew we needed a change. We started to lose appreciation for those special treats and gorgeous steaks. Fancy cheese plates were dinner once a week and sugar stopped being accounted for. I can honestly tell you our food choices have consistently changed and appreciation of treats like diary and steak have increased. Diary dishes and cheese are still wonderful but in moderation.
